About me
I am a registered counsellor with Australia’s largest counselling peak body, the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
With over 16 years of experience in both non-government organisations and private practice, I offer a deep and holistic insight into the complexities of human life.
I draw from a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches maintaining a strong client centred focus. I am recognised for my ability to connect deeply with my clients with a strong dedication to empowering and supporting individuals through a wide range of complex life stages. I emphasise the importance of active listening, conveying empathy, and offering a collaborative approach in helping people create meaningful changes in their lives..
My goal is to walk alongside you during your life journey or new chapter in your life. Together we will navigate the uncertainty that change may bring. Whether you are questioning your path, reassessing your identity or even battling the inner voice that can feel like your own worst enemy. I offer a space where you can be seen and truly heard. Together we can explore your feelings to help you reconnect with inner strengths and rediscover the path with renewed clarity and confidence.
In addition to my broader counselling work, I also support carers of people with dementia, helping them manage the emotional and practical challenges of caregiving. I understand the strain this role can bring and offer guidance to reduce stress, build resilience, and improve communication.
.
When I am not counselling, I like to spend time in my pottery studio, Bramble Pottery creating bespoke pieces. Other loves are hiking, the beach, gardening and reading.
No GP referral required. NDIS plan and self-managed clients accepted.
